David A. Goldstein, the managing member of Goldstein Hall PLLC, has over 15 years of experience with representing non-profit and for-profit developers in connection with real estate development and financing for multi-party public, private and non-profit development projects. Mr. Goldstein has been the lead attorney on dozens of major development projects; utilizing funding by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the New York City Housing Development Corporation, the New York State Housing Trust Fund, the New York State Homeless Housing Assistance Corp., the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, and tax-exempt bonds.
 
Mr. Goldstein has a background in tenant association and sponsor representation leading to cooperative and condominium conversion. He has conducted numerous workshops on affordable housing and cooperative law for community development organizations, cooperative boards, and tenant groups. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Goldstein is the board vice president of the Groundswell Mural Community Project as well as a member of Berkeley College's Paralegal Advisory Board. Mr. Goldstein was formerly a Partner at Mallin & Goldstein, P.C. specializing in housing, community and economic development law.
