Brian Hsu, an associate of Goldstein Hall PLLC, practices in the areas of affordable housing development, corporate governance, and non-profit law. Mr. Hsu represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions including construction, purchase, sale, lease and financing of real property. Mr. Hsu advises cooperative and condominium boards on all matters relating to their management and operation. Mr. Hsu's previous professional experience includes working for a major global investment firm and Enterprise Community Partners, Inc, a leading provider of capital and expertise for affordable housing and community development.
