Harold DeRienzo, counsel to Goldstein Hall PLLC, has over 30 years of experience in low income housing and community development. He has served as an advocate, planner, organizer, developer, lawyer, mediator, and protagonist for many of the most pressing housing and community development issues in New York City over the past three decades. Futhermore, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of numerous community development corporations, including Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association, Inc., the Parodneck Foundation for Self-Help Housing and Community Development, Inc. and CATCH - a citywide mutual housing association - and is recognized locally, nationally and internationally as a community development expert. Mr. DeRienzo has been published locally, nationally and internationally on the subjects of housing policy and community development.
