Eunice A. Jackson, counsel to Goldstein Hall PLLC, has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Ms. Jackson has drafted offering plans and acted as closing counsel for the developers of over 250 commercial and residential condominium units.  She has delivered exceptional legal services in the negotiation and drafting of sophisticated corporate documents and agreements, including but not limited to commercial real estate and equipment leases as well as site development, land disposition and lease termination agreements.  Ms. Jackson's prior experience includes six years as a tax attorney with a Fortune 500 company, co-developer of one of Harlem's first market-rate condominiums, and a principal of a real estate law firm in New York City.
