Mr. Onorato was admitted to bar 1990, New Jersey, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; 1991, New York, U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Prior to joining Goldstein Hall PLLC, Mr. Onorato worked at Wood, Rafalsky & Wood where he supervised the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Onorato has had extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice. Mr. Onorato has handled a variety of disputes, including matters involving contracts, employment discrimination, commercial landlord and tenant, debtor and creditor law, and corporate matters. His practice includes advice to health care facilities on various patient-related issues. He regularly appears in State and Federal Court, as well as before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Division of Human Rights.

Mr. Onorato received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drew University in 1985 and his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1990. Mr. Onorato completed his course of study at Washington University by serving as legal intern to U.S. Senator Bill Bradley in Washington, D.C. He is also a member of the New York County Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
