Isa Abdur-Rahman practices in the areas of real estate transactions, community economic development, and real estate litigation. Since 2004 Isa has represented for-profit and not-for-profit owners, developers, lenders and community-based organizations in a broad range of matters within the life cycle of residential, commercial and affordable housing developments, including acquisition, zoning challenges, leasing, management, refinancing and disposition. Isa also teaches as an adjunct professor of Business Law at CUNY/York College, and he is a member of the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation and president of Farmers Boulevard Community Development Corp. in Queens, New York.

Kenneth Volandes represents clients in a broad range of real estate, corporate, and trust and estate matters. His transaction experience includes the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of residential and commercial properties throughout New York City and nationally. His client representation includes drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, as well as loan and estate planning documents. Kenneth was formerly an associate at Mavrides, Moyal, & Associates, LLP.Kenneth is a proud product of the New York City public school system having graduated from the Bronx High School of Science (1991). He is also an Eagle Scout and a former President of the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in downtown Manhattan.

Roy A. Mckenzie is a graduate of Yale College and of Columbia Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. He served as a pro se Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. Mr. McKenzie is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. McKenzie concentrates in real estate and commercial law and litigation with a specialty in low income affordable housing development. Mr. McKenzie is a Member of the Real Property Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and a New York certified MWBE enterprise.
