An affordable housing lottery has opened up for LPC Warehouse, a mixed-use affordable housing project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, right across from the Williamsburg Bridge. LPC Warehouse will provide 55 units of affordable housing, 4,000 square feet of retail space for a grocery store, and a 1,000 square foot community space. Construction is expected to be finished by later this year.
