Matt Hall Receives Commendation for Afghanistan Service
On November 4th, 2011, Rear Adm. Patricia Wolfe, Director of the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Reserve Force, presented CDR(s) Matt Hall with a commendation from the Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan (COWC). The COWC recognized Matt for his outstanding efforts as the Deputy Commander and Lead Administrative Contracting Officer for the Defense Contract Management Agency, North Afghanistan Command. Congratulations to Matt on a job well done!
