GH participated in the NYS Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) 2017 Annual Conference as a sponsor, exhibitor, as well as creating and moderating a panel entitled: Stronger Together: Pooling Resources and Expertise.  This panel outlined solutions created in response to challenges confronting certain sectors of New York’s affordable housing industry. The participating panelists outlined information on climate bond initiatives, community land trusts and the new non-profit entity – Joint Ownership Entity (JOE) NYC – which Goldstein Hall worked on for over two years to build from the ground up with the program partners.  GH Managing Partner David Goldstein moderated the panel, along with the following participants: Peter Madden, JOE NYC, Matt Murphy, NYC HPD, Karen Phillips NYS HCR, Justine Leigh-Bell, Climate Bond Initiative and Elizabeth Zeldin, Enterprise Community Partners.
