Danielle M. Burshteyn
Danielle Burshteyn specializes in real estate development, community development, and banking and finance.
Danielle’s clients range from not-for-profit, for-profit, residential and commercial lenders, to individual buyers, sellers and investors of New York properties. Danielle is experienced in all types of transactions, including the transfers of cooperatives, condominiums, houses, townhouses, as well as mixed-use and commercial properties.
Prior to joining Goldstein Hall in 2017, Danielle practiced for several years as a transactional real estate attorney, lender’s counsel, and settlement manager. Danielle received her law degree from Western Michigan University College Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University at Albany.
