Danielle M. Burshteyn
Danielle joined Goldstein Hall PLLC in the Spring of 2017. Danielle focuses her practice on a variety of real estate transactions including residential and commercial purchases and sales, banking and finance, and corporate governance.
Her clients range from not-for-profit, for-profit, residential and commercial lenders, to individual buyers, sellers and investors of New York properties. Danielle is experienced in all types of transactions, including the transfers of cooperatives, condominiums, houses, townhouses, as well as mixed-use and commercial properties.
Prior to joining Goldstein Hall PLLC, Danielle practiced for several years as a transactional real estate attorney, lender’s counsel, and settlement manager. Danielle’s vast legal experience in real estate, coupled with her knowledge as a private real estate investor, assures that her clients’ interests will remain paramount throughout their transaction.
