Cooperative and Condominium Law

The attorneys at Goldstein Hall PLLC have substantial experience representing sponsors, developers and tenant groups in the preparation and filing with the New York Attorney General of offering plans for the creation of or conversion to Condominium or Cooperative status.  The firm has extensive experience in creating limited equity and tenant sponsored cooperatives and condominiums.   We offer advice concerning the structuring of the plan, including structuring the entity to maximize the financial benefits to be derived from the project.

The firm also serves our clients after the successful creation of the Condominium or Cooperative as counsel to the board controlling these entities.  Our attorneys’ depth of experience regarding commercial and residential real estate issues allow us to advise the board on matters such as:
