The attorneys working within the Goldstein Hall’s Health Care Practice Group have a long history of helping our clients meet the challenges and understand the complexities of an ever changing health care delivery system environment. The Firm provides counseling on a wide range of issues, including: licensing and qualification issues, partnership formation, joint ventures, practice structures, administrative hearings and appeal, health care related litigation managed care arrangements, employment matters, risk management, patient and other confidentiality requirements, and compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Additionally, we have developed particular expertise in assisting health care providers in the submission of third party payments.
