Negotiating the Financial Arrangement with your LIHTC Syndicator

Strada Ventures and Goldstein Hall have partnered to co-lead a training on the intersection of financial and legal intersection. This intermediate-level workshop will cover:

• How to build out an initial draw schedule
• How the timing of developer fee fits into the draw schedule
• Walk through an Operating Agreement to see where and how the numbers in the draw schedule and the developer fee payments inform the agreement between the developer and the syndicator
• Case study example of negotiation walking through how the draw schedule and operating agreement changed in tandem and how it impacted the financials of the deal
