Madeline Martinez joins Goldstein Hall PLLC as an Associate in the Residential Closings practice.
Prior to joining Goldstein Hall PLLC, she worked as an Attorney-Advisor helping to close complex affordable housing transactions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) Office of General Counsel, Region II (NY/NJ). She joined HUD as a Legal Honors Fellow after graduating from Brooklyn Law School with cum laude honors.
During her time at Brooklyn Law School, Madeline externed with Goldstein Hall PLLC and Consigli Construction Co., Inc. as well as interned for the New York City Housing Development Corporation (NYC-HDC), the New York City Council, and the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). Additionally, she was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy, an Edward Sparer Public Interest Fellow, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society.
She also holds a master’s degree in public policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy (formerly the Georgetown Public Policy Institute), Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Barnard College, Columbia University.
