Nikia Williams

Nikia Williams concentrates her practice in real estate and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Goldstein Hall, Nikia worked for a non-profit as a litigator representing tenants in non-payment and holdover proceedings, illegal lockout proceedings, HP actions, and proceedings involving rent regulatory status issues.

During law school, Nikia served as President of the New England Law | Boston chapter of the American Constitution Society, and also assisted with the development of the Center for Law and Social Responsibility’s Jail Lessons Initiative. Also, while in law school Nikia dedicated much of her time to community outreach and serving underrepresented communities. At commencement Nikia received the distinguished Dean Timothy J. Cronin Award for her work and commitment to equal justice initiatives.

Presently, in addition to her zealous representation of clients Nikia serves on the board of the Caribbean Attorneys Network.
