Stephane Avouac

Stephane concentrates his practice in landlord-tenant litigation as well as construction contracts and access agreements. 

Prior to joining Goldstein Hall, Stephane worked as a staff attorney at a legal services organization where he provided advice to and represented low-income tenants facing various housing-related proceedings, including non-payment, holdover and illegal lockout proceedings.

Stephane is a graduate from Sciences Po Law School (Paris, France) and Columbia Law School (LL.M.), where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
