Ty Brennan concentrates his practice in real estate development, affordable housing, and construction.
Ty represents a variety of clients in connection with the acquisition, construction, and financing of affordable housing developments. Ty also has experience with projects financed by low-income housing tax credits and state-issued tax-exempt bonds and mortgage loans.
Ty joined Goldstein Hall in 2012. He graduated from New York Law School, where he was the vice president and secretary of the Real Estate Law Students Association. While in law school, Ty worked at firms specializing in mortgage foreclosures, residential real estate transactions, and commercial leasing. He received his undergraduate degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College.
