Real Estate and Community Development

Bartlett Crossing

Bartlett Crossing is a 77 residential units affordable housing project (across 2 buildings) and 1 superintendent unit, which is the second phase of the Broadway Triangle project, developed in response to an HPD RFP released in June of 2018. The project leverages city owned properties and the community history and talents of the four nonprofit community development corporations that make up United Neighborhood Partners: St. Nicks Alliance, RiseBoro Community Partnership, Southside United Housing Development Fund Corporation – Los Sures, and United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg. The Joint Ownership Entity (JOE), a first of its kind joint venture of nonprofit developers from across the city, will serve as the long-term steward of the property after the tax credit period.
