Bremond King Davis Houses is an 85-unit affordable housing project in Harlem, made up of five buildings that were previously known as the Bremond Houses and King Davis Houses. The properties provide long-term affordable housing for residents in Northern Manhattan.

In 2019, Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) partnered with Community League of the Heights (CLOTH) to acquire and stabilize the buildings, which were at risk of foreclosure. The partnership, with support from Enterprise Community Partners and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), helped address maintenance and management needs while protecting the apartments as affordable housing.

AAFE and CLOTH continue to work with HPD to refinance and improve the properties through the city’s LIHTC Preservation Program, helping ensure the buildings remain safe, stable, and affordable for residents for years to come.
