Congratulations to Habitat for Humanity NYC and Westchester County for their first unit closing on their SEED project!

This Brooklyn-based housing cooperative includes two buildings with twenty-five units of low-cost housing, thereby continuing to advance Habitat’s goal of providing affordable housing to working families in New York City. Goldstein Hall PLLC is proud to have played a role in bringing the SEED project to fruition and will continue to support Habitat’s efforts moving forward.
