Congratulations to Goldstein Hall clients Kingston City Land Bank and Maeda Construction (an MBWE certified general contracting firm) on being the first to close on funding under the New York State Legacy Cities ACCESS Program! This project will rehab four distressed and abandoned houses in the City of Kingston to be sold to first-time homebuyers from underserved communities under an affordable homeownership program. The Legacy Cities program assists projects from land banks and MBWE developers and is a great resource for our BIPOC developer clients, whom we further support through our BIPOC Developer Program.
