Goldstein Hall PLLC is proud to partner with LISC NYC and the NYCs Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) on the newly created initiative called the New York Land Opportunity Program (NYLOP). This program provides free technical assistance to nonprofit organizations in NYC to assess the opportunities for developing affordable housing on their land, while also maintaining ownership. “Goldstein Hall brings deep experience working with affordable housing developers in partnership with faith-based organizations,” said Sam Marks, Executive Director of LISC NYC. “Beyond their experience, their commitment to communities and mission-focus have made them great programmatic partners in realizing NYLOP, from concept to execution.”
