Goldstein Hall is proud to have represented Habitat for Humanity NYC and Almat Group LLC in the acquisition and construction of the Sydney House affordable housing project.

Sydney House – the first project through HPD’s Open Door program, is a 56-unit co-op building in the Bronx’s Williamsbridge neighborhood. The Open Door program is part of Mayor Bill de Blasio’s larger Housing New York 2.0 agenda, to build and preserve 300,000 units of affordable housing by 2026.

Goldstein Hall’s transactional team was led by Partner Brian Hsu and Associates Ty Brennan and Christina Fasitta.
