Goldstein Hall is proud to serve as Project Counsel for the Broadway Triangle development site in Brooklyn, assisting in the preparation of the joint venture agreement for Unified Neighborhood Partners (UNP).

UNP is a collaboration among St. Nicks Alliance, RiseBoro Community Partnership, Southside United HDFC – Los Sures, and United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg (UJO).

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) designated the Broadway Triangle site to UNP and development partner Mega Contracting in 2019, following a competitive RFP process launched in 2018.

The project will bring five new affordable buildings to Williamsburg, creating 387 apartments for extremely low-, very low-, and low-income households, including homes for formerly homeless New Yorkers.
