The Kingston City Land Bank (KCLB) has completed renovations on the final two homes in its Keystone Affordable Homeownership Program, located at 52 Grand Street and 488 Hasbrouck Avenue in Kingston, NY. Acquired in 2023 under the City’s updated disposition policy, the homes are being offered at $149,995—the most affordable price point in the program’s history.

The rehabilitation included extensive upgrades such as new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, structural repairs, façade treatments, and full electrification. Energy efficiency improvements included insulation, Energy Star appliances and windows, and high-efficiency electric mini-split heating/cooling systems.

Goldstein Hall is proud to serve as Project Counsel on this transformative project, helping to expand access to affordable homeownership and support neighborhood revitalization in Kingston. Funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act and the NYS Land Bank Initiative Program, the Keystone Program reflects a strong public commitment to housing equity and sustainability.
