On March 3, 2023, Goldstein Hall’s Managing Partner, David Goldstein, had the pleasure of presenting on the Joint Ownership Entity (JOE) to various groups and organizations in Asheville, North Carolina. The JOE model, along with other collaborative structures, can enhance the viability of Community Development Corporations (CDCs), helping to preserve existing developments for long-term affordability and acquire and develop new projects for nonprofit ownership of affordable housing.
