Goldstein Hall is proud to support The New York City Homeownership Network (NYCHN) and the New York Wealth Opportunities Realized Through Homeownership (WORTH) Initiative.

Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color (BIPOC) have considerably lower homeownership rates in New York city and the WORTH initiative is a stride for positive change regarding this issue.

This initiative aims to create and preserve 5,000 Black, Indigenous and Persons of Color (BIPOC) homeowners in New York City by the end of 2025 by creating a network that can unite forces and resources. By supporting important initiatives like WORTH, Goldstein Hall continues our ongoing mission of building a better tomorrow.
