Niki Tsismenakis, a partner at Goldstein Hall, was officially announced as the 2021 incoming President of the New York Chapter of Women in Housing Finance during its 40th Anniversary Celebration on July 14, 2021.
Niki’s practice largely consists of affordable housing and community development, real estate finance, cooperative and condominium law, and not-for-profit law.
“I joined WHF about eight years ago at the suggestion of my then boss and now partner, David Goldstein. I actually started by attending one of the events, walked into the room and just immediately felt so comfortable.”
Niki will hold the title of president for four years. She is no stranger to leadership roles as she was elected to Goldstein Hall’s partnership in 2019.
