From June 9–11, Goldstein Hall Senior Counsel Darryl Austin served as a featured speaker at the CHAM 2025 Asset Management Conference in New Orleans, LA. He participated in the session titled “Year 15: A Refresher on LPAs and Financials,” where a panel of experts—including an attorney, CPA, and seasoned asset managers—offered a deep dive into the complexities of Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs) at Year 15.

The session explored key topics such as identifying the end of the compliance period, understanding how capital accounts impact exit negotiations, and deciphering legal and financial intersections using real-world examples. Attendees gained practical insights into transaction timelines, cost structures, and how to navigate the legal and financial landscape during the critical transition period.
