Asim Lynch

Asim Lynch concentrates his practice in real estate and community development, nonprofit
formation and governance, and faith-based development.

Prior to joining Goldstein Hall, Asim was a Staff Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services
Program and represented limited equity cooperatives in Washington, D.C. on a host of real
estate, corporate, and governance matters related to owning and operating affordable
cooperative housing.

While in law school, Asim was a member and business manager of the Charles Hamilton Houston National Moot Court Team and twice competed in the Global Antitrust Institute’s annual competition.

Asim held an externship with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the
Sustainable Economies Law Center, and Goldstein Hall.

Asim earned his law degree from Howard University School of Law and his undergraduate
degree from Florida International University.
