Danielle Douglas concentrates her practice in real estate and community development, not for profit formation and governance, and affordable housing.
Prior to joining Goldstein Hall, Danielle was an associate at a large Boston based law firm, representing equity investors in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions nationwide. She was responsible for drafting and negotiating partnership documents and tracking due diligence items.
Danielle graduated from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where she received her B.S. in Business Administration. She earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she served as an Associate for the Journal of Law and Technology, a Student Attorney in the Veterans’ Advocacy and Estate Planning Clinic, and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Danya A. Dayson of the D.C. Superior Court. Danielle is admitted to practice in D.C. and Maryland.
