Jane Chuang

Jane Chuang concentrates her practice in affordable housing and community development, real estate finance, and commercial leasing.

Prior to joining Goldstein Hall, Jane was Senior Counsel at a residential brand and tech-enabled property management company. Before going in-house, Jane was a partner at a boutique national law firm, where her practice focused on transactional corporate, commercial real estate, intellectual property (trademark/copyright), and commercial litigation matters. 

Jane received her B.A., cum laude, from Columbia University (Columbia College) and J.D., cum laude, at Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Law Review. Following law school, Jane clerked for the Honorable Anne E. Thompson for the federal district court in the District of New Jersey before joining a NYC based law firm as a litigation associate. Jane is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
