Jarrel Guerrero

Jarrel Guerrero joins Goldstein Hall PLLC as an Associate in the Residential Closings practice. Jarrel specializes in real estate transactions including commercial and residential asset acquisition, disposition and leasing, lender representation, finance, corporate governance, and affordable housing law.

Prior to joining Goldstein Hall PLLC, Jarrel was the Chief Legal Officer of a NYC real estate development company with almost $300 million of assets under management that built high dense multifamily development buildings all throughout NY and NJ, and was head of the client relations department of their real estate debt arm of their 506(b) fund that raised capital through accredited and institutional investors for their projects.  Additionally, he also served as in-house counsel for a national title company where he ran the New York office that handled all the title and lending matters throughout NY state, and held CEMA classes for national retail banks trying to permeate the NYC market, after he was an Associate in a boutique Long Island real estate law firm and closed hundreds of residential matters for several years.

Jarrel has also held a former committee position in the Asian Real Estate Association of America of Manhattan, serves as pro bono counsel for indigent clients in real estate cases, and is licensed in both NY and NJ.
