Mabel Oghojafor is an Associate in Goldstein Hall PLLC’s Faith-Based Group, where she counsels faith-based organizations and non-profit clients across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mabel acquired substantive litigation experience representing landlords, property managers, and tenants in non-payment and holdover proceedings before the New York City Housing Court. She brings additional depth through her experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including leases, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and license agreements.
Mabel received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served on the Equity & Inclusion Committee for Cardozo Law Review (Vol. 45) and was an E. Nathaniel Gates Scholar. Her legal studies included an internship with the New York City Housing Development Corporation (NYCHDC), through which she gained valuable insight into affordable housing development and finance. A magna cum laude graduate of Howard University, Mabel holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Psychology.
