RiseBoro Community Partnership Inc., a Brooklyn-based, not-for-profit organization, joined forces with Coconut Properties LLC to develop a senior supportive housing project in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan.

HANAC Corona Senior Residence

HANAC Corona Senior Residence at 54-17 101st St. near Chrystie Avenue in Corona will consist of 68 apartments for the borough’s seniors, as well as social programs and a ground-floor pre-K.

Navy Green Supportive Housing

Pratt Area Community Council, Inc., (PACC) developed this 98-unit permanent supportive housing project at a former Navy Brig site in Brooklyn.

West Tremont Senior Residences

The West Tremont Residences is a $17.4 million dollar tax-credit project for low-income seniors consisting of 60 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom super’s apartment.

Las Raices

Las Raices is a substantial affordable housing development consisting of four renovated buildings with seventy-eight (78) income-restricted apartments, including twelve (12) for formerly homeless individuals. The project includes 10,000 square feet of community space, a new home for Opus Dance Theater, and features sustainable, flood-resilient design elements.

Peter Jay Sharp Residence

Peter Jay Sharp Residence is a permanent supportive housing development located on East 117th Street in Manhattan, New York. Developed by The Doe Fund and opened in 1999, it was the first SRO-style residence built in Manhattan in fifty years and includes on-site supportive services for individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
