ULI New York: Access to Capital: Making the Case for Diversity Conference

Goldstein Hall Partner Niki Tsismenakis will speak at the ULI New York: Access to Capital: Making the Case for Diversity Conference. The conference will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at K&L Gates. Niki will join industry leaders to discuss the challenges faced by BIPOC and female developers and why investing in diversity drives stronger returns.

The program will consist of two high-level discussion panels, followed by a small group, facilitated roundtable session for attendees to take a deep dive into related topics with experts in their fields.
