On April 2nd, 2014 Goldstein Hall developed a special seminar entitled “Deal-making, Partnerships and Joint Ventures: How to Structure a Partnership Deal” for ANHD, a 40 year old nonprofit organization which is comprised of 95 nonprofit member neighborhood housing groups serving low-and moderate income New Yorkers. ANHD provides a myriad of programs focused on training, policy research, advocacy and communication and more for their members.
